Submit commercial stock directly

Submit your commercial stock

Does your organisation have overstock, residual stock, returns stock, discontinued models or other complete, saleable non-food products that no longer fit its current plans?

Share the available information with the Stock & Trade buying team. We assess the stock as a whole and then explain clearly whether we see sufficient scope to discuss a potential direct purchase further.

Your stock list or records do not need to be complete when you first submit them. Send what is already available and add a short description of the products, their condition, location and preferred timescale.

Commercial stock positions

What stock can you submit?

Stock & Trade assesses commercial overstock, residual stock, slow-moving or obsolete stock, returns stock, B-stock, discontinued models, residual seasonal stock, project surplus and stock arising from reorganisations or warehouse changes.

The stock must consist mainly of complete, saleable non-food products or complete resale-ready sets. A single stock submission may contain several product groups, models and conditions. You do not need to split the stock or sort out atypical items in advance.

Stock submission form

Share the information already available

The form has four short steps. You start with the stock, then add information about the location, timescale and any files, enter your company and contact details, and finish with a complete overview to review and confirm.

You can add an existing stock list, warehouse export, returns report, product specification or set of photographs straight away. Attachments are optional. If no usable file is available yet, you can describe the stock in the form.

Does the stock contain several product groups, models or conditions? You do not need to split them in advance or enter every item separately. Share the existing stock as completely as possible; Stock & Trade will then assess the options.

Information that is not yet known or checked may be marked accordingly. If additional details are needed, we will ask for them specifically.

Fields marked with an * are required.

Tell us about the stock

Give us an initial picture of the stock offered. Exact quantities, models and conditions can be added later if they are not yet fully known or checked.

Briefly describe the products you would like to submit and why this stock is available.

Product categories *

Select all categories included in the stock offered.

Stock situation *

Select the situations that best describe why the stock is available. More than one cause may apply to a single stock submission.

Product conditions *

Select all conditions included in the stock. Has the condition of part or all of the stock not yet been established? Select Not yet checked or unknown.

An estimate or range is sufficient. You may also state the number of pallets, boxes or other available units.

State the brands included in the stock. Separate multiple brands with commas.

Use this field for known models, product generations, condition breakdowns, special points or other information that may help with the initial assessment.

Personal assessment

What happens after submission?

Every stock submission is assessed by our buying team. The receipt confirmation means that the information and any files have been received successfully; it does not constitute substantive acceptance or a purchase offer.

  1. 01

    You receive a confirmation

    After a successful submission, the confirmation page appears and you receive an email at the address provided. Keep this confirmation as a reference for any follow-up contact.

  2. 02

    We assess the stock

    Our buying team considers the products, quantities, conditions, location, preferred timescale and available documentation together. A stock submission is not valued, accepted or rejected automatically.

  3. 03

    We ask for additional information where necessary

    If information needed for a sound assessment is missing, we contact you with specific questions. These may concern item numbers, quantities, condition breakdowns, photographs, ownership, loading options or restrictions for onward sale.

  4. 04

    You receive clarity about the options

    If the stock is sufficiently suitable, we discuss which goods may be purchased directly and what further steps are needed. If the stock is not suitable, we will state that the available information does not indicate a suitable option.

Would you like to add information later? Quote the reference from your receipt confirmation when you contact inkoop@stockandtrade.nl. If additional files are needed, we will agree a secure way for you to share them.

A potential purchase only becomes binding once both parties have expressly agreed the defined stock, price, payment, transfer, timetable and any additional conditions and Stock & Trade has confirmed the purchase by email from info@stockandtrade.nl, inkoop@stockandtrade.nl or floris@stockandtrade.nl.

Discretion and conditions

Your stock information handled with care

The information and files you share through the form are not published or used to offer the stock to potential buyers on your organisation's behalf first. Stock & Trade assesses whether a direct purchase is possible itself.

Where brand, market or reputational interests are relevant, you can state the points or preferred restrictions in the form, such as:

  • countries or regions in which the stock must not be sold;
  • sales channels that may or may not be used;
  • arrangements for brand and product presentation;
  • the time at which the stock may return to the market;
  • confidentiality concerning the origin or availability of the lot.

Stock & Trade assesses whether these conditions are commercially and practically feasible. A preferred restriction only becomes a binding resale condition if it is defined specifically and recorded in writing by both parties before the purchase.

Would you prefer not to share sensitive brand names, quantities or documents through the form straight away? You can first discuss the stock in outline. Where the situation requires it, separate confidentiality and information-sharing arrangements can be made in advance.
