Stock & Trade is the buyer
We do not act as an intermediary or first look for another buyer on behalf of your organisation. When a purchase is agreed, Stock & Trade purchases the specified stock directly.
Professional purchasing of surplus commercial stock
Does your organisation have overstock, residual stock lots, returns, discontinued models or other saleable non-food stock that no longer fits its current plans?
Stock & Trade assesses complete commercial stock offered by businesses and directly purchases suitable stock. We use our own funds and, once transferred, take the agreed goods for our own account and at our own risk.

We do not act as an intermediary or first look for another buyer on behalf of your organisation. When a purchase is agreed, Stock & Trade purchases the specified stock directly.
Once an agreement is reached, we clearly record the price, payment, transfer and any additional conditions. From the agreed transfer, we assume the ongoing stock, market and sales risk.
Stock information is handled carefully. Where brand, market or reputational interests require it, arrangements can be made in advance regarding confidentiality, destination markets, sales channels and brand presentation.
We agree the transfer and schedule in advance. If required, Stock & Trade can arrange collection and transport of the goods actually purchased.
Commercial stock can fall outside current sales, production or product-range plans for many reasons. Stock & Trade assesses saleable non-food stock that is no longer being sold through the organisation's usual channels.
Stock resulting from overproduction, purchasing volumes that exceeded actual sales, revised forecasts or slower-than-expected stock turnover. Older, slow-moving or obsolete stock can also be presented as part of the complete stock offered.
Customer returns, B-stock, demonstration and showroom products, and new items with opened, damaged or outdated packaging. A single stock submission may include products in different conditions.
Discontinued models, discontinued product lines, changed packaging and stock from an earlier product generation that no longer fits the current product range or commercial plan.
Residual seasonal stock, project surplus, cancelled orders and stock made available through a warehouse move, reorganisation, consolidation or business closure.
The stock offered may have several underlying causes and include multiple product groups and conditions. You do not need to decide in advance which individual items might interest Stock & Trade. Preferably share the available overview of the complete stock; we will then assess the options.
View all stock situationsStock & Trade purchases the agreed stock itself. We do not act as an intermediary between your organisation and a future buyer, and we do not take the goods on consignment to sell them on your behalf.
When the stock is a suitable fit, you receive a specific offer clearly setting out which goods will be purchased and the arrangements for price, payment, transfer, timing and any conditions that apply to onward sale. A purchase only becomes binding after both parties have expressly agreed to all arrangements and Stock & Trade has confirmed the purchase by email from info@stockandtrade.nl, inkoop@stockandtrade.nl or floris@stockandtrade.nl.
After the agreed transfer, Stock & Trade assumes responsibility for further commercial handling and the resale risk. The subsequent speed and proceeds of resale do not affect the purchase price agreed with your organisation.
Direct purchase is possible both for one clearly defined stock lot and for separate stock lots that become available within a recurring stock flow.
See how direct purchase worksStock & Trade purchases commercial stock from organisations that own the goods offered or are authorised to decide on their sale on behalf of the stock owner.
The specific stock offered matters more than the type of organisation. Its volume, composition, condition, location and commercial feasibility determine whether a direct purchase is possible.
Stock made available through overproduction, model changes, product launches, packaging changes, rebranding or discontinued product lines.

View workshop equipment and machineryDoes your stock include products from multiple categories? You do not need to separate them in advance. Share the existing overview as a single stock submission and ensure that the product groups offered remain identifiable.
Other complete and saleable commercial non-food products can also be submitted. The four categories are not a closed list; Stock & Trade assesses the actual composition and commercial options of every stock submission.
View the product categoriesAn existing stock list, warehouse export, returns report or other available overview is usually enough to begin the assessment. The information does not need to be complete when first submitted.
Share the available details about the products, quantities, conditions, location and preferred timeframe. Photos and additional documentation can be included straight away when available.
Stock & Trade reviews the stock as a whole. If information is missing, we only ask the additional questions needed to assess the commercial and practical options.
When the stock is a suitable fit, we discuss which goods can be purchased. The offer describes the defined stock, price, payment, transfer, timing and any conditions that apply to onward sale.
Once both parties have agreed, payment and transfer are completed in line with the recorded arrangements. If required, Stock & Trade can arrange collection and transport of the goods actually purchased.
Submitting stock is without obligation and does not automatically lead to an offer or purchase. A purchase is only concluded after both parties have expressly agreed to all arrangements.
View our full processStock that no longer fits the current product range, distribution model or sales plan can still consist of complete and usable products. Stock & Trade acts as the final commercial link by directly purchasing suitable stock and making it available for onward sale.
After transfer, we organise the commercial handling and resale. In doing so, we take account of applicable law and any prior arrangements concerning countries, sales channels, market introduction and brand presentation.
This gives existing products a new commercial destination outside the original stock plan. It helps keep saleable goods in economic use for longer and contributes to a more circular flow of goods.
Read about confidentiality and resale conditionsShare your existing stock list, warehouse export, returns report or available stock overview with our buying team. We assess the products, quantities, conditions, location and practical composition, then clearly explain the direct-purchase options we see.
The overview does not need to be complete when first submitted. Send what is already available; if we need more information, we will tell you specifically which details, photos or documents are still missing.
