Yes. Indoor and outdoor units for split air conditioners, multi-split systems and split heat pumps may be listed separately in the stock overview. It is important to show which units are technically compatible and how many of each model are available. Stock & Trade then assesses which complete, saleable system combinations can be assembled.

Yes. A mixed commercial stock lot containing different models, item numbers, technical versions or product generations may be submitted as a whole. It may also contain several product groups, such as air conditioning, heat pumps, ventilation and hot-water equipment. The available overview must make the products and quantities sufficiently clear.

Yes. Air conditioners, heat pumps and other climate technology from an earlier product generation or using an older refrigerant platform may be submitted. Stock & Trade assesses technical completeness, compatibility, available documentation and the markets for which the products remain suitable. The refrigerant used is therefore always assessed for each stock lot.

An existing stock overview containing brands, model or item numbers, quantities and product conditions usually provides a good basis. Where possible, also state the production date or year of manufacture, refrigerant and technical version. For systems with separate units, information on compatibility and required controls is important. The technical data and documents do not need to be complete at the first submission.

Yes. In addition to new, sale-ready climate equipment, new products with opened, damaged or outdated packaging may be submitted. The same applies to customer returns, demonstration, showroom and training equipment, professionally refurbished products, B-stock and used commercial equipment. If the condition has not yet been fully recorded, Stock & Trade first assesses the available information.
