Stock & Trade directly buys new, sale-ready commercial stock of workbenches, tool trolleys and workshop cabinets, compressors and compressed-air equipment, welding and cutting equipment, garage equipment and workshop machinery.
The stock may include multiple product groups, brands, models or technical versions. Complete sets and independently saleable accessories may also form part of the offer. A mixed stock lot may be submitted as a whole.

Commercial stock
Within workshop equipment and machinery, Stock & Trade assesses six main product groups.
Workbenches, worktables, tool trolleys, workshop cabinets, drawer cabinets, mobile workstations and complete workshop modules. Modular storage and wall systems and other mass-produced solutions for fitting out and organising workshops may also be included.
Portable and stationary compressors, complete compressed-air units, air dryers and air-treatment equipment. Complete hose reels, air distributors and other independently saleable compressed-air products and brand-specific accessories may also form part of the stock.
MIG/MAG, TIG and electrode welding equipment, inverter welders, spot welders and plasma cutters. Complete welding trolleys, welding stations, helmets and independently saleable brand-specific accessories may also be assessed.
Trolley jacks, axle stands, engine lifts, engine cranes, transmission jacks, lift tables, vehicle lifts and workshop presses. Tyre and wheel-service equipment and other complete garage and workshop equipment may also form part of the stock.
Pillar drills, bench grinders, belt sanders, band saws and other stationary saws. Lathes, milling machines, bending, folding and shearing machines and other workshop machinery for metal or woodworking may also be submitted.
Parts washers, blasting cabinets, dust and welding-fume extraction, industrial wet/dry vacuums and other workshop cleaning equipment. Battery testers, charging stations, vehicle diagnostic equipment, measurement and test stations, air-conditioning service stations and inspection equipment may also be assessed.
Other commercial stock for fitting out, equipping or technically supporting workshops may also be submitted. Stock & Trade assesses the commercial and practical potential of each stock lot.
Commercial stock
Stock & Trade focuses on complete workshop equipment, complete machines, complete resale-ready sets and brand-specific accessories that can be sold independently as end products.
The original factory configuration determines whether a product is complete. A workbench sold without tools, a compressor without an optional hose set or a workshop machine without an optional stand counts as complete when the manufacturer offers that version in its range.
For modular workshop equipment and assembled machine sets, it must be clear which cabinets, worktops, modules, machines and accessories form part of the configuration offered. Separate modules or accessories may also be assessed where they are designed as independently saleable items.
If a part originally belonging to the product or set, or required for safe and normal use, is missing, the product is considered incomplete.
Loose spare, service and repair parts, separate machine components and general consumables do not form an independent starting point for this page. If an otherwise suitable mixed stock lot contains a limited proportion of parts, consumables or incomplete products, the complete stock may still be submitted as a whole.
Commercial stock
The primary focus is on new workshop equipment and machinery. This may be sale-ready stock in its original packaging, as well as new products with opened, damaged or outdated packaging.
Customer returns, demonstration and showroom products, professionally refurbished products, B-stock and used commercial machines may also be submitted. These products may form part of a mixed stock lot or be submitted separately.
Where the condition is not fully known or recorded, Stock & Trade first assesses the available information. We only ask additional questions about completeness, test status or technical condition where this is necessary for the particular lot.
Commercial stock
New stock of workshop equipment and machinery may become available when a manufacturer or brand owner renews a series, changes model or item numbers, adapts packaging or brand presentation, or discontinues a product line. A change in technical specifications, product configuration or OEM supplier may also mean earlier versions no longer fit the current range or commercial plan.
A stock lot may contain several product generations and technical versions, such as different 230 V and 400 V versions, battery-powered models, or pneumatic and hydraulic variants with different power ratings, capacities or connections.
Stock from an earlier generation, packaging version or technical design can be assessed together or separately. It is important to identify the models and configurations offered, how they differ and the markets or applications for which they are suitable.
Commercial stock
Where possible, state the brand, model or item number, production date or year of manufacture and technical version for each product. For electrically powered machines, voltage, frequency, plug type, mains connection and power rating may be relevant. For battery, pneumatic or hydraulic products, information on the system used and its technical specifications is helpful.
Depending on the product group, working pressure, tank capacity, output, maximum load, machining capabilities or other product-specific features may also be important. For modular workshop equipment, machine sets and assembled systems, state which modules, machines and accessories form part of the version offered.
Dimensions, weight, packaging and available loading or transport information help assess the practical handling of larger products. Available rating-plate and serial-number data, manuals, CE and conformity documentation and other technical product information also support assessment by market.
This information does not need to be complete at the first submission. Stock & Trade first assesses the stock list, photographs and documents provided and then asks only the additional questions required for that stock.
Commercial stock
For compressors and other pressure equipment, hydraulic lifting equipment and presses, and electric welding and cutting equipment, Stock & Trade considers the technical version, associated safety features and suitability for the intended market.
Depending on the product, identification of a pressure vessel, maximum load, safety interlocks, guards, emergency stops and available maintenance, inspection or test information may be relevant. Safety features belonging to the original configuration must be complete.
For measuring, diagnostic and service equipment, we also assess whether required software, accounts, licences and subscriptions are available and transferable. Where calibration or periodic inspection applies, its current status and the possibility of renewal may be considered.
Stock & Trade determines the additional checks or documentation required for each stock lot. The presence of technical, digital or maintenance-related systems does not in itself prevent the stock from being submitted.
Questions and answers
Yes. Stock & Trade can assess a mixed commercial stock lot containing, for example, workbenches, tool trolleys, compressors, welding equipment, garage equipment and workshop machinery as a whole. The stock does not need to be split by product group in advance, provided the overview makes the items and quantities offered sufficiently clear.
Yes. Stock from earlier product generations, changed item ranges or discontinued product lines may be submitted. A lot containing different 230 V and 400 V versions or battery, pneumatic and hydraulic variants may also be assessed. It helps if the models and versions present and their technical differences are identifiable.
No. The original factory configuration determines whether a machine or set is complete. A compressor without an optional hose set or a workshop machine without an optional stand can therefore be fully saleable. Parts and safety features supplied as standard with the version offered or required for normal and safe use must, however, be present.
An existing stock list or overview containing brands, model or item numbers, quantities, conditions and photographs usually provides a good basis. Depending on the group, technical specifications, dimensions, weight, rating-plate data and available documentation may also be relevant. This information does not need to be complete at the first submission; Stock & Trade then asks only the additional questions required for that stock.
Yes. Measuring, diagnostic and service equipment with software, accounts, licences, subscriptions or calibration may be submitted. Stock & Trade assesses whether the required access is transferable, accounts can be removed or transferred, and calibration remains valid or can practically be renewed. The presence of such systems does not in itself prevent the stock from being submitted.
