About Stock & Trade

Personal involvement, a substantive assessment and clear agreements form the basis of how we work.

Stock & Trade is an independent trading company focused on purchasing and reselling commercial stock. From Helmond, we work with organisations that have saleable products available which no longer fit their current product range, distribution or commercial planning.

Every stock lot is assessed by our own buying team. We consider not only the individual items, but also the composition, quantities, conditions, location and terms of the complete stock offered.

Our organisation is set up pragmatically, and the owners are directly involved in buying and decision-making. This keeps communication lines short and allows commercial arrangements to be made directly with the responsible decision-makers.

Products may still be complete, usable and saleable even though they no longer fit the original production, distribution or product-range planning. This can result from revised forecasts, model changes, returns flows, cancelled orders or changing market demand.

Stock & Trade provides an alternative commercial route for suitable stock. We purchase the agreed goods directly and then organise further processing and resale. In doing so, we take account of applicable law and agreements made in advance about destination markets, sales channels and brand presentation.

This allows an organisation to deal with a defined stock lot outside its regular sales channels and gives existing products a new commercial destination. Stock & Trade thereby fulfils a complementary role at the end of the original supply chain.
